Some departments need persuasive high-media presentations (Flash, PowerPoint, etc.) for high-stake meetings.

Professional High-Media PowerPoint Presentations

When the stakes are high, a professional presentation makes a big difference. 

For instance, University officials tried for many years to persuade the legislature to provide funding to renovate the Marriott library.  Finally they turned to Media Solutions to create a high-end PowerPoint with video to better portray the need to bolster the library.  The solution involved three Media Solutions teams. Our Video Team captured library scenes and critical testimony from builders and seismologists on building vulnerabilities. Animations showed the vulnerabilities of the building and what might happen in an earthquake.

Our New Media team ensured that the digital video and technology would all integrate perfectly for the big presentation.  The Web team combined the text and media elements into one powerful presentation that helped garner the university $68 million dollars from the legislature.

Flash Presentations for the Web

Some departments on campus want to invest in special presentations for their websites. For instance, we recently partnered with Human Resources to create a “Together We” animation for the U employment page to highlight the mission and rewards of working at the University of Utah.

Presentation prices vary, but are all based on an underlying core rate of $75 per hour.
